The Storytellers

Aimi Aqilah Mohd Asri

Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Bahasa Antarabangsa

Sembang@WWF Title :

How can we move forward as a community?

About the Storyteller :

I’m 20 years old and studying at the International Language Teaching Training Institute. I was one of WWF-Malaysia Green mentors and a volunteer for Greenpeace. I’ve been taking part in environmental activities since 2018 and I am passionate about sustainability movement and will continue to share my journey and experience with others. Humans have caused so much destruction and the time is now for us to collectively work together to build a better environment for all to live in.

Seng Junn Fong

Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park (Secondary)

Sembang@WWF Title :

Policy and People: How can youth make an informed decision and advocate for environmental policy?

About the Storyteller :

I'm a Year 9 student from Tenby Schools Setia Eco Park. I am a very determined and open-minded individual who takes on many leadership roles at school, from a Student Councillor; to the co-head of the Debate Committee, to being the Under Secretary General of General Admin for a MUN conference.

Aside from that, I love acting and performing musically! I'm a multi-instrumentalist - Violin, Viola and Piano and as an actor, I'm able to express myself confidently and turn that energy into fuel for my public speaking opportunities. As a positive person, I continuously learn to defy the odds of gravity and break free of my perceived boundaries when trying to achieve my goals. Because to be the best I can, I need to be ME.
