World Forest Day

World Forest Day_Storytelling & Reading

We all need healthy forests. They help keep our climate stable, absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, regulate our water supply,  provide a space for recreation, and are home to a rich variety of lives.

Join us and celebrate this day by raising awareness of the importance of all types of forests. Send in a one-minute video of your child (5 to 12 yrs old)  reading or telling stories about forests. Video must be sent together with the Subject Release Form

Breaking Habits With ESD

In 2019 WWFMY ESD and UM conducted a survey to find out the level of environmental awareness among Malaysians. One of the main findings shows that those who were exposed to environmental activities were more likely to change their lifestyle. In the effort to share the essence of this finding, we’re embarking on a 21-day challenge hoping to expose and inculcate our audience with environmental initiatives that can be done at the comfort of their homes.

Want to know what you can to save our planet? Join the #BreakingHabitsWithESD challenge for 21 days. Every day we’ll give a challenge that you can do at home even during the current Conditional Movement Control Order.

  1. Do the challenge and snap a video/photo.

  2. Tag us @wwfmyesd @wwfmy on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #BreakingHabitsWithESD

  3. By the end of 21 days, those who take part in most challenges will win our exclusive WWF tumbler, canvas bag and a pin! That easy!

Hopefully, by doing these easy challenges in 21 days, you’ll be more familiar with small but significant actions that can be done to save our planet. We need you together possible!

Stand a chance to win our exclusive WWF tumbler, canvas bag and a pin!
